Lenient Punishment

In Orlando, Florida in April of this year, a young muliebrity was at a club when an off-duty officer and her got into an argument. The officer said that the adult female spit in his face and gave him some lip. She was expose with battery on the officer. The cleaning woman was facing jail time, but a video of the incident was released and showed the officer pushing the woman rout the stairs. The prosecutors dropped the charges on the woman and the officers port into was an eight hour suspension. I think this punishment for take unreasonable force on a suspect is ridiculous. He should have faced a lot harsher sentence. If some varied soul, not an officer, had pushed someone down the stairs. They would have faced habitus out charges. The officer should have faced the same punishment. He in like manner should have more self-renunciation than to push someone down the stairs.

As for fetching the injustices that issue out in sentencing/punishment, I fall apartt mean there is a focal point. The only way to fix sentencing to be equal for a certain plague crosswise the board, no matter who the defendant is, is to draw up a list of crimes and punishment rules for each crime. For instance, any person incriminate and found disgraced of assault would face 6 months in jail (this was only an example); all persons found guilty of put to death would face life in prison; and so forth I do not see this happening in todays society or justice system. If you innate to get a full essay, order it on our website: BestEssayCheap.com
